Island Circle – Tobago

Disembark at the Scarborough port and begin a fun filled day! Start your tour in Tobago’s capital and then make your way to a stunning panoramic viewpoint overlooking Courland Bay. 

We then enjoy a scenic drive on the scenic Caribbean coast to Mt Dillon lookout where on a clear day you can see all the way down to Pigeon Point in the South of the island – and sometimes even as far as Trinidad. Your guide will give you entertaining and informative details about the area and its’ people and culture during our relaxed drive.

In Castara you can just rock back & enjoy some quiet time on the beach – or take a stroll. 

Continue an astounding cross-island drive through nature – the ‘Main Ridge Reserve’ it is one of the oldest protected rainforests in the Western Hemisphere.

One of the main highlights of our day is a visit to a typical Tobagonian home in Roxborough, allowing us insight into the home life of a local family. Chat a little over a glass of home-made fresh fruit juice and enjoy an informal walk through the house and garden. Hummingbirds galore, we see (and hear!) them buzzing by to drink their fill at the many flowers of the fruit trees, vegetables and herbs. This stop can only be accommodated with individual guests or very small groups. 

Your tour then continues with a relaxing scenic drive along the beautiful Atlantic coast passing through small villages and towns, catching a glimpse of village life. 

TIP: We can also customize this tour with a visit to the Argyle Waterfall, one of the most stunning falls in Tobago. It is only a twenty minutes’ easy hike away! Relax and take a dip in the natural pool. (Added cost)
